🗓 Booking Cancellations & Refunds:
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- More than 14 days before the tour date:
Full refund minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., processing fees, third-party booking fees). - 7 to 13 days before the tour date:
50% refund of the tour cost. - Less than 7 days before the tour date or no-show:
No refund will be issued.
- More than 14 days before the tour date:
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized or special request bookings.
- Third-party ticketed events (e.g., cruises, attraction tickets).
- Gift vouchers or promotional packages.
🚫 Tour Modifications or Cancellations by Endless Vacation Tours Jamaica:
- We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any tour or service due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date, credit towards another tour, or a full refund.
💼 Returns or Exchanges of Services:
As our services are experience-based and perishable (e.g., tours, excursions, and travel bookings), we do not offer returns or exchanges after the tour has been completed or if the service has been consumed.

- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 business days after approval.
- Processing fees and bank charges may apply and are non-refundable.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), our standard refund policy may not apply, and we will offer flexible rebooking options where possible.
